- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. ground flax seed
- Dash of cinnamon
- Honey to taste
CHOCOLATE REISHI DELIGHT
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup almond milk or organic milk
- 1 tbsp. dark cacao powder
- 1 tsp. reishi mushroom powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- Sweetener of choice
This mix will blend more smoothly in a blender than with a whisk or spoon. Add ice cubes for delicious smoothie.
